Dear friends -
Our leadership team recently sent some love to our friends over at Congregation Beth Shalom in response to the hostage situation last month at a Texas synagogue. I stole a screen shot off the video, so it can double over as a belated Valentine. Would I rather we were in a large group, shoulder to shoulder waving at the camera? Maybe. But I think this is one of a hundred beautiful examples of the ways we are continuing to grow into the church God is calling us to be, maybe even because of challenges.
