Pastor's Pondering - March 31, 2023

Dear friends -

In January of this year, a new worshiping community launched here in Naperville: The Front Porch Church. Rick Bolle had a vision that launched from Young Life Capernaum (a Young Life branch that is specifically geared towards teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities that Megan Elder was instrumental in beginning here in Naperville), for more than Young Life gatherings - a weekly worship service lead by the members themselves. Rick has all sorts of energy and vision for this new church, and they already have property for what they hope will be a community center with outdoor and inside worship space with even bigger dreams of indoor and outdoor gardens and skill building for all abilities.

We have the honor of hosting their April 30 worship service at 6 pm - come join in! Anybody is welcome at any of their Sunday evening services (they typically meet at Yellow Box), but especially mark your calendar for the last Sunday in April, so we can support this beautiful inclusion of the whole kingdom of God!
