OUR SERVICE PARTNERS

360 Youth Services offers substance use prevention education, counseling, and housing. The organization serves youth and families in Naperville and the surrounding areas. Their vision is a community where all youth possess the necessary skills to successfully navigate life’s challenges. At 360 Youth Services, housing and support services are provided to young adults, 18-24 years old, who were previously homeless, and teenage boys, 13-17 years old, who are unable to live with their families. Support services including life skills, budgeting, counseling, art therapy and more are provided.

CROP Hunger Walk  - Did you know that half of children’s deaths each year are hunger related and that in the United States, 1 in every 5 children suffer from food insecurity? Every October, you’ll find us focused on raising money for our local community and the globe through the CROP Walk – River Glen is thrilled to be one of the top fundraising churches in Naperville #smallbutmighty

Earth Care - River Glen values God’s creation and was founded on principles of good earth stewardship (we love being located on the DuPage River and sharing a property line with the McDowell Grove Forest Preserve). We have been Earth Care certified for our building and congregational practices for several years and just recently re-certified through 2023.

Facing Forward to End Homelessness - Empowering people who are homeless in urban Chicago, Facing Forward supports and connects people to long-term, safe, sustainable housing.

Families Helping Families is a grass roots neighborhood organization started by a Naperville mom in 1994, with the sole focus of helping homeless families in DuPage County. FHF provides apartments and supportive services to homeless families while they are working to reclaim their lives through education.

Feed My Starving Children - FMSC is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children worldwide.

Hesed House is a national model for ending homelessness – one person, one family at a time. They are the second-largest homeless shelter in the State of Illinois, and the largest shelter outside of the city of Chicago. At their Comprehensive Homeless Resource Center, people receive support related to housing, support systems, life skills, legal issues, physical/emotional abuse, mental/physical health, and much more.

Lisa Alfonsi, via The Antioch Partners, is an occupational therapist in Lima, Peru

Loaves and Fishes Our local food pantry is organized like a grocery store to provide clients with dignity and healthy provisions for themselves and their families, and we’re thankful to support their good work right here in the Naperville community.

Marion Medical Mission - A well ministry to provide long-term clean water in various countries throughout the African continent.

Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is the emergency and refugee program of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance focuses on the long-term recovery of disaster impacted communities, provides training and disaster preparedness for presbyteries and synods, works collaboratively with church partners and members of the ACT Alliance (Action by Churches Together) internationally, and nationally with other faith-based responders. It connects partners locally and internationally with key organizations active in the response — United Nations, NVOAD (National Voluntary Agencies Active in Disaster), World Food Program, Red Cross, FEMA and others.

Riverwalk Adult Day Services - For more than forty years Riverwalk Adult Day Services has carried out their mission to provide a safe, social, stimulating, and affordable environment for adults in need of daytime care in the greater Naperville area. There are two locations, one serving older adults living with a cognitive loss and the other serving younger adults living with conditions such as developmental disability, Down syndrome, and autism.

SamaraCare Counseling - Good mental health is so important, especially in these challenging days. We support this spiritually-integrated counseling center, which provides care to insured and uninsured patients. If you or a loved one is in need of some extra support, we recommend SamaraCare as an excellent starting place.
